RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Precision Xcellence, we take pride in delivering premium products and an exceptional customer experience. While we uphold the highest standards in quality control, we understand that situations may arise where a return, refund, or exchange is requested. Our goal is to make this process clear, fair, and efficient while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.


RETURNS

Products may be returned for a full refund provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Items must be in new condition (unused and unwashed)
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Certain Items are nonrefundable such as gift cards
    • If a product has been opened, used, washed, or removed from its original packaging, we are unable to issue a full refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If you would like Precision Xcellence to provide a pre-paid return shipping label, we are happy to assist in most cases. Please note that any return shipping fees associated with a pre-paid label will be deducted from the total refund amount once the product(s) are received and processed.


EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Although rare, if you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our support team for assistance:

  • We will gladly provide pre-paid return shipping labels for verified defective items
  • Customers may request either an exchange or a refund once the defective product is returned
  • Exchanges are limited to similar products of equal or lesser value
  • Any price difference resulting from an exchange will be refunded at the time the exchange is completed
