TIER 1 — Brand Ambassador

Entry Level

Requirements

  • Approved application
  • Active on at least 1 platform (IG, TikTok, YouTube, X)
  • Minimum 2 posts + 2 stories per month
  • Clean brand alignment (automotive, detailing, performance lifestyle)

Incentives

  • 10% commission on personal discount code
  • Personalized discount code for followers
  • Feature reposts on Precision Xcellence socials


TIER 2 — Performance Ambassador

Earned, not applied

Requirements

  • Minimum $1,000 in sales per quarter
  • Consistent posting for 60+ days
  • Strong engagement rate (not just followers)
  • Brand-safe content

Incentives

  • 15% commission
  • Free product drops (new releases)
  • Early access to launches
  • Priority reposts & brand features
  • Event booth support opportunities (when applicable)


TIER 3 — Elite Ambassador

Requirements

  • $3,000+ in quarterly sales
  • High-quality original content
  • Professional communication
  • Represents PX lifestyle on & off camera

Incentives

  • 20% commission
  • Monthly product allowance
  • Travel or event support (select cases)
  • Custom PX gear (shirts, jerseys, accessories)
  • Direct line to PX leadership

Performance Tracking

  • Sales tracked via unique codes
  • Content tracked monthly
  • Engagement quality > follower count
  • Reviews every 90 days
  • If there are no sales within the 90 day period you will be downgraded a tier or your account will be deactivated.

Underperformance = tier downgrade
Exceptional performance = fast-track promotion

Disqualification / Removal

  • Fake followers or engagement
  • Brand misrepresentation
  • Poor communication
  • Missed content obligations
  • Behavior damaging to brand reputation
