Tier 1 — Detailer Pro Account
This tier supports professional use and limited in-shop resale only.
Requirements
- Registered detailing business (LLC, Sole Prop, or EIN)
- Proof of active operations (website, social media, or business listing)
- Agreement to not sell on third-party marketplaces
Sales Permissions
- Use in professional services
- In-shop or local customer resale
Tier 2 — Authorized Shop / Retail Partner
Requirements
- Valid resale certificate or seller’s permit
- Physical storefront or established e-commerce website
- Approved sales channels and merchandising standards

- In-store retail
- Partner-owned website
- Events and pop-up retail

Tier 3 — Master Distributor
Requirements
- Proven distribution infrastructure
- Warehousing and logistics capability
- Signed Master Distributor Agreement
- Brand presentation and pricing compliance

- Approved marketplace distribution
Distributor Benefits
- Territory protection (where applicable)
- First access to new product launches
Global Wholesale Policies
- Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) enforced across all tiers
- Unauthorized marketplaces are prohibited
- Price undercutting or channel violations may result in termination
- Precision Xcellence reserves full control over brand, pricing, and distribution
